Inviting new members to your investment club is a straightforward process that can be easily accomplished with only a few clicks.
Access your admin dashboard and navigate to the Member List session
Click on the “Invite Investor” button to generate a personal invitation with the Investor’s email
Legal templates including Operation and Subscription Agreement will be automatically generated and sent to Investor once you confirmed the invitation.
Digitally sign your legal document and wait for the investor’s response.
With that, you have successfully invited new members to your investment club! If you need more information, see the detailed step-by-step guide below.
Once you have connected MetaMask to Homerun platform you will be taken to your admin dashboard, where you must go to the Member List session in the navigation menu on the left side of your dashboard.
Within this session, you could grab an overview of all Club's members, while keeping track closely of their token holdings and investment status.
Now, to invite new members to your club, simply click the “Invite Investor” button. You will be redirected to the new form to draft up a personalized message to invite new members to join your club. Email of investors is required at this stage as all the outreach and legal process would be automatedly executed.
Done with the email and message, you will get to review all the essential information regarding the operation of your club and subscription plans one last time before the outreach process is executed. Once all the reviews are done, click Send Invitation to initiate the process.
Please note that all the necessary details of the club have already been prefetched up until this stage with ease, there is no further need to fill out any details of your investment club.
After submitting the required information and send the information form, a set of Operation and Subscription Agreement will then be generated digitally on PandaDoc and sent directly to your personal mailbox.
The generated documents will contain the details you provided and will be available for your review and signature. It is crucial to carefully review the documents before proceeding to sign them.
For the Subscription Agreement, when you are satisfied with the content of the documents, you can selected the signed date and sign the documents by clicking on the "Signature" button to sign them digitally.
Once the transaction is approved in your wallet, your signature will be placed in the relevant sections of the document.
For the Operation Agreement, before proceeding with the signing you be required to fill out certain information regarding your company name and location (arbitrage location) before digitally signing the document.

It is important to note that the signing transaction is a necessary step to finalize the legal documents. Without a valid signature, the documents will not be considered legally binding. Therefore, please ensure that you have the necessary digital wallet set up and sufficient funds to complete the signing transaction.
After all the information has been filled and sent out, you could navigate to the Invitation Tracking tab within the Member List session to keep track closely of all the invitation statuses.
