Investment Clubs on Homerun

Homerun's Investment Club is an investment collective comprised of individuals who pool their capital to invest in a variety of assets including early-stage traditional and Web3 startups, as well as ERC20 collectibles and NFTs.

The Investment Club comprises two types of members: Club Heads and Club Investors. Club Heads are responsible for establishing and managing the club's treasury, performance, and membership, while members contribute funds and directly contribute to investment decision-making.

To establish an Investment DAO on our Homerun platform, the Club Head(s) must first connect a Web3 wallet or Gnosis multi-sig to the platform for Club account setup and LLC (Limited liability company) formation.

The wallet holds the club's funds, while our smart contracts manage deposits, distributions, cap tables, and investment portfolios. Additionally, each member must have a Web3 non-custodian wallet (only MetaMask supported for now) to subscribe to the club investment system and receive ERC20 Club Tokens, which represent their ownership stake in the club.

Our investment club dashboard provides a user-friendly interface for viewing and managing deposits, members, investments, and other pertinent information. As our platform continues to evolve, we will introduce new Web3-native features, tools, and integrations to further enhance the capabilities of Investment Clubs on our platform.
