This section offers guidance on a few key factors to consider when setting up your investment club, including:

  • Club name and club token ticker

  • Setup club tokens

  • Setup the club size

  • Member size

1/ Club Name & Club Token Ticker

It's worth noting that the name of your investment club and its token ticker will be publicly visible on the blockchain along with transaction data. Therefore, if privacy is a concern, it's wise to choose a code name or use a random name generator when creating your club and its tokens.

NOTE: The name & ticker of the club cannot be modified once the club is created.

2/ Setup Club Tokens

The club tokens of an investment club are non-transferable ERC-20 tokens that represent the ownership structure of the club. These tokens can be utilized for various purposes such as snapshot voting, coordination, on-chain governance, and more.

3/ Setup Subscription Term

The subscription term of Homerun’s investment club comprises of total funding (the amount of USDT deposit that an investment club expects to raise), subscription amount, subscription period, fund life, expected ROI and deal flow per year.

NOTE: During the creation process, the subscription amount can be set to any extent; however, once the club is created with a proper verification process then it would no longer be amendable.

4/ Member Size

According to , an investment club is legally limited to a maximum of 99 members. Hence, Homerun membership will be capped at 99 members.
